Each project has its purpose. Present a lifestyle and new opportunities, so your client can see themselves in your residential listing and get the buzz inside, irresistible urge to dial your number. Or document the property with every detail for a bank inspection or insurance claim. Maybe mix of both in commercial with heavy load of 360 capturing for an architect or a designer. I recognize the difference in the approach and strive to deliver value with my product.

Let’s set some expectations. Expect smooth communication, steady workflow, fast turnaround and good service. Good service as in providing good photography. Not moving furniture around to get a better shot. My insurance company doesn’t like me touching things that don’t belong to me. However, if a project demands, a stylist will be at your service. Staging can be done – virtual or real. I promise to look for the best angle to hide the downsides and reveal the upsides.

In return, please let me know if there is anything special or unique you would like to be captured. Is it a quick and dirty you are after or for some extra work to be accomplished. Do you expect 100 pictures from a single room? Or that area in the back should avoid being captured? Any input is welcome during any stage of the process.

  • Industry standard HDR and/or Flambient workflow photography.
    • This is how we make it bright and welcoming. You can also see what’s behind the window (or not, if nothing to see there).
  • Twilight
    • A photo taken outdoors at dusk, with just the right settings, could set the mood for the listing. Have to have the right scenery for it.
  • Virtual staging.
    • An empty space can be filled with furniture for a cozy scene. Great photo of things that camera never saw.
  • Item removal / decluttering.
    • Space full of stuff that makes it ugly? Not to worry, magic eraser and skill will turn it into a much better place.
  • Floor plans.
    • Great aid to your client. From a simple black and white blueprint like. To a floor plan with textured floors and furniture mockups. Included with every photoshoot!
  • Virtual renovation.
    • Cut three feet of drywall after rough September? I can cover it up in post-production. Floors, walls, cabinetry and fixtures. Inside out. Maybe add a pool too? Turn that small room into a walking closet – easy.
  • Areal photography.
    • I am a PART 107 certified drone pilot. Able to fly commercially. Some areas are still off limits in the keys. Some require time to be ready.
  • Virtual tours and 360 photography.
    • Works very well for customers making decision without actually visiting a property. Architects and designers will appreciate the accuracy.
