Image overhaul

Notice areas of subtle improvements – parking lot surface in the upper section, upper pool sunbathe deck, lower pool deck, removed vehicle and others. Some of the areas intentionally left imperfect to avoid getting into “plastic/artificial” look territory. Further improvement can be done, but it becomes more labor-intensive the deeper you go.
Property Boundary Lines

This type of graphic design should account for readability. It is easy to get carried away with effects and forget that most people consume content though the phone. So typography and simplicity plays a big part in how ability to understand at first glance. However, we aren’t limiting the options and can figure out a style that represents you, sets you apart from other realtors and easy for potential clients to consume.
